This is what you call customer service

After 15 months Zanussi Tumble Dryer played up , Supplier and Manufacturer not interested supposedly big name appliance repairer called out but had no info on machine but luckily they recommended Drulight Ltd !!!
one phone-call later we were talked through a fault finding procedure that reset the machine and cured the fault !!! no need even for an engineer call-out which we were fully prepared and expected to pay .
how can you get better service than that
