Hi. I want to say how happy I am with the service your company provided. When I contacted Domestic & General about a problem with my Beko dishwasher I was informed that I would have to wait until 28/10 for the engineer to call. I received a phone call yesterday afternoon from your company to say that an engineer would be in my area today and that he would be able to call this morning if it suited me. I agreed to this.  The engineer, Ainsley, phoned this morning to say he was on his way. He was very thorough in discovering the problem with my dishwasher and Was able to solve and get it started again. He gave me valuable advice on keeping the dishwasher clean.
