Very Helpful

I was sent to this company by Beko for a repair when my new washer stopped draining. After speaking to Matthew he advised me of many ways to check the issue wasn’t minor, most of which Beko themselves had neglected to mention. After following his advice I discovered and fixed the problem myself. Matthew could of easily sent an engineer out and charged me for a very simple fix, and as Beko advised me several times, no fault with the machine itself leads to a charge for warranty repairs. Could not praise this company enough!😀
