Acceptance of orders
The Company takes great pains to ensure that all information supplied to the customer by way of description and/or illustration is correct and accurate. It remains the responsibility of the customer and/or the end user or their agent to determine the suitability of the goods for the required application. You must check the acknowledgement for accuracy and report if any item is not as originally ordered immediately. On delivery check the item for correct coding to packaging, colour etc.

Prices
All prices include V.A.T which is charged at the rate prevailing at the time of dispatch. If a pricing mistake is discovered pertaining to your order prior to any payment you will be contacted immediately. You will then have the choice of accepting the corrected offer, ordering another make and model or have your order cancelled. and any money paid refunded in full.

Payment
When you place your order we take full payment for the goods unless otherwise requested.You will be contacted regarding the delivery date, We also accept cheques, however all cheques must clear the bank before the order is dispatched. This will add a minimum of 5 working days to your delivery date. Please make your cheque payable to Drulight Ltd.

Contract
There will be no contract of any kind until payment for the goods is authorised by your bank or credit card insurer. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment that payment for the goods is authorised, (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us. Authority for payment must be given at the time of the order. If for any reason the goods can not be supplied then payment will be refunded in full.

Delivery
Delivery charges where applicable will be quoted and acknowledged by email or in writing. Delivery will be made by 1 man and help on site will be required for range cookers, fridgefreezers, washing machines, washer-dryers and any other item that is outside health and safety guide lines. Due to insurance restrictions deliveries can only be to the ground floor. Please let us know of any problematic aspects of delivery, ie: steps, narrow door ways, soft path ways, road access. Delivery to other floors is at the discretion of the driver and the full responsibility of the customer and/or end user or appointed agent. We reserve the right to fail delivery if we have not been informed that delivery is to a floor other than the ground floor or access to the property is deemed too difficult and/or dangerous In the event of a failed delivery, or due to a customer not honouring an agreed timeslot, there will be a charge of £20 for a subsequent delivery

Damages
All visible damages and or faults must be reported on the day of delivery and noted on the delivery sheet. If there is a subsequent problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights. If you keep the goods for too long before making a complaint you may lose some of your rights.

Refunds

Cancellations and returns
You can cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after you received the delivery in line with the Distance selling directive (this applies to internet sales only).To do this please email us or write to us. However the goods must be returned in their original packaging and condition for a full refund. You must also pay the cost of returning the goods and this is non-refundable. If you are unable to return the goods yourselves, we can arrange for this to be done on your behalf, normally within 5-7 days at a cost of £49.95. This charge reflects the cost of collection. Under the Distance selling directive you as the customer have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights if for example the goods are misdescribed or faulty.

If you are returning goods after 21 days of delivery there will be a restocking charge of 20%
